**Job Purpose and Role**
We are seeking a proactive and professional Appointment Setter to conduct outbound calling and appointment scheduling with local businesses across various industries (e.g., healthcare, contractors, home services, professional services).
**Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to business owners across various industries.
* Handle inbound leads by reaching out and scheduling follow-up meetings.
* Schedule 5–8 quality appointments per week with the right decision-makers (e.g., owners, business managers).
* Confirm appointments via phone, email, or SMS to ensure attendance.
* Track calls, attempts, and outcomes using spreadsheets or client-provided tools.
* Communicate effectively with prospects, keeping calls short, clear, and engaging.
* Collaborate and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral or light accent.
* Comfortable handling high call volumes and rejection.
* Basic tech proficiency (Google tools, Calendly, spreadsheets; CRM or dialer experience a plus).
* Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Experience in sales support, B2B outreach, or media/advertising sales is an advantage but not required.
