About the Convention Center:
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center is a premier event destination hosting conferences, weddings, banquets, and large-scale gatherings. With stunning views and top-tier service, we provide guests with memorable moments from start to finish.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our events team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area during events
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
Comply with all safety and responsible alcohol service policies
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events
Work closely with banquet and event staff to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsible alcohol service certification (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
