We are hiring an Entry Level Communications Assistant to support our team with community outreach, client interaction, and public engagement . Key Responsibilities

• Support community outreach initiatives to promote events and campaigns
• Represent the company at live events and public engagements
• Serve as a positive, professional point of contact for clients and community members
• Assist with general communications support, including scheduling and maintaining contact lists
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies
• Gather and share feedback from clients and attendees to support future projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
