Job Summary
Iris Comm Lab We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences.

Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Help with market research to identify potential venues and suppliers.
Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and manage contracts.
Maintain event budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Assist in creating promotional materials and social media content for events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
