Le Petit Bleu- Café- Crêperie -Marche is accepting applications for full-time and part-time positions.

Position Summary:

As a Lead Cook, your primary role is to ensure the creation of delicious and high-quality menu items while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will play a crucial part in preparing and producing all food items served in the café, including those designated for shipping. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and ability to follow recipes will contribute to the success of our establishment. to maintaining food quality, safety, and a positive team environment will be key to providing exceptional memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep and production of all food products sold in café and items to be shipped
• Preparing all ingredients used In stations
• Neatly prepare products for guest orders
• Ability to follow recipes
• Handle, store, label, date, and rotate all products properly
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Quality control
• Inventory
• Train and supervise staff in support of GM

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:·

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team ·
• One year experience in a fast-casual dining style
• Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members·
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
