They will be an expert in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts, as they will partner with our sourcing, purchasing, customer support and technical support teams as well as interaction with external vendors. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence with data and logical argument.The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for customers and possess a solid understanding of the current literary landscape, as well as possess exceptional skills in project management and effective merchandising strategies. They will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of leading multiple projects at once, comfortable working with teams, vendors, and management. They'll need to be a smart risk taker, and can not only deliver ideas but also transform them into scalable programs. Must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) while managing a team that executes at the tactical level.The role is based 100% in our office in Shenzhen.
