The Senior Market Development Professional will be instrumental in driving the Midwest Region’s product strategy and will play an active role in the annual bid process. This role includes competitive analysis, project management, Medicare Advantage plan design & implementation, and cross-functional leadership. Strategic thinking and attention to detail will be key, as well as, partnering effectively with stakeholders across Humana.
Role can be based in Humana market office in Dublin, OH (Columbus, OH area), Louisville, KY or be work from home (within OH, IN or KY). Willingness to travel during bid preparation & bid process to work with the team in Ohio and to participate in meetings in Louisville is required. Periodic travel is also needed across the region (OH, IN, KY, MI, WV).
